& Custom Apparel
Promotional products in Colorado Springs, from embroidered polos and jackets to screen printed shirts and hoodies, hats, drinkware, bags, pens, trade show giveaways and job site uniforms. Sourced and decorated from the same brand files that drive your signs, wraps and printing, so the shirt matches the truck.
Branded merchandise people
keep, not merchandise they bin
There are millions of items in the supplier catalogs and most of them are not worth your money. The question we ask first is not what you want to order. It is who receives it and what they will actually use.
Embroidered, for staff who stand in front of customers.
Screen printed. The industry's top seller, and the item people ask for.
Worn outdoors year round here, which is the whole point.
Tumblers and bottles live on a desk for years, not a week.
The highest impression item in the ASI study, by a wide margin.
Cheap per unit, and the thing that stays in a customer's hand.
Table throws, retractable banners and the giveaway that pulls people in.
High visibility shirts, vests and outerwear for crews on site.
Item availability and supplier pricing change constantly, so we source against your budget and purpose rather than pointing you at a catalog. If an item is a bad fit for the audience, we will say so.
Do promotional products actually work?
Better than most people assume, and the reason is boring: a useful object stays in someone's life for years. The 2026 ASI Global Advertising Impressions Study surveyed close to 5,000 consumers and found a typical promotional product earns roughly 3,300 brand impressions across its lifetime.
A six dollar tote bag came in around 5,000 impressions. Outerwear, which costs considerably more, averaged about 9,000, because a jacket gets worn for years while a cheap pen gets lost in a month.
The number that matters most to us is the one about usefulness. Seventy eight percent of people keep promotional items because they find them useful. That is the entire strategy. Buy something the recipient wants, or buy nothing.
Embroidery, screen printing,
or something else?
The decoration method matters more than the garment brand. It decides how the logo looks, how long it survives washing, and how small an order can realistically be.
| Method | Best for | How it reads | Typical minimums |
|---|---|---|---|
| Embroidery | Polos, jackets, hats, staff who face customers | Formal, textured, survives washing for years | Lower, plus a one time digitizing setup per logo |
| Screen printing | T-shirts and hoodies, larger runs, bold artwork | Flat, saturated color, large coverage | Highest, commonly a dozen to two dozen pieces |
| Digital & transfer | Small runs, photographic artwork, one-off pieces | Full color and fine detail, softer on the hand | Very low, sometimes a single piece |
| Cut vinyl | Names, numbers, team and crew personalization | Clean solid shapes, limited to simple artwork | Very low, priced per piece |
| Pad print & laser | Pens, drinkware, hard goods rather than fabric | Small, precise, usually one or two colors | Set by the supplier for each item |
Minimums here are general industry norms rather than a published APG list, because they are set per item and per supplier. We confirm the real minimum for your item before you commit to anything.
How promo pricing works
We publish typical ranges for signs and vehicle wraps because those fall into predictable bands. Promotional products do not, because supplier pricing shifts constantly and the item list is effectively endless. Four things set your number.
Give us a per piece budget and the purpose. Working from a number is faster than working through a catalog.
What Colorado Springs businesses actually order
Crew apparel for trades. Embroidered work shirts and high visibility outerwear, so the team on a customer's property is identifiable and looks like a company rather than a group of strangers.
Trade show and event kits. Table throw, retractable banner and a giveaway worth stopping for, produced together so the booth reads as one brand.
New hire and customer gifts. A jacket or a good tumbler on day one does more for retention than a mug that cracks.
Teams, schools and nonprofits. Sponsor shirts, event merchandise and team apparel, usually against a deadline that will not move.
Four steps, and you see it before it is made.
Purpose, quantity, budget
Who receives it, how many, by when, and roughly what per piece. We come back with options that fit, not a catalog.
Artwork and proof
Once the estimate is approved and the deposit is received, our team will begin the design and proofing process, with your logo shown on the actual item.
Production
Decorated to the approved proof. Embroidery stitch files and screens are kept on record so a reorder skips the setup.
Delivery
Delivered, or picked up from our office by appointment, ahead of the date that matters.
Apparel gets decorated from the same brand files that drive our vehicle wraps, custom signs and commercial printing. If the logo is not ready for embroidery yet, that is a design conversation first.
Promotional products in Colorado Springs: common questions
Do promotional products actually work?
The numbers are better than most people expect. The 2026 ASI Global Advertising Impressions Study, based on surveys of nearly 5,000 consumers, found that a typical promotional product generates about 3,300 brand impressions over its lifetime, that 85 percent of consumers remember the advertiser who gave them a logoed product, and that 78 percent keep promotional items because they find them useful. The catch is in that last number. Useful items get kept. Items nobody wants generate one impression, in a trash can.
What is the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery stitches the logo into the fabric. It reads as more formal, survives washing extremely well, and suits polos, jackets, hats and anything worn in front of customers. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen onto the garment. It handles large artwork and bright colors on t-shirts and hoodies far better, and gets cheaper per piece as the run grows. Fine detail and many colors favor embroidery on small areas and digital printing on large ones.
What is a digitizing fee for embroidery?
Embroidery machines do not read a logo file directly. Your artwork has to be converted into a stitch file that tells the machine every needle movement, stitch type and thread color. That conversion is a one time setup for each logo and each size, and it is reusable afterward, so a reorder next year does not pay it again. Screen printing has a comparable setup step, where each color in the design needs its own screen.
What are the minimum order quantities for custom apparel?
It depends on the decoration method rather than on the garment. Screen printing usually carries the highest minimum because of screen setup, commonly in the range of a dozen to two dozen pieces. Embroidery minimums are typically lower. Digital and transfer methods can run very small quantities, sometimes a single piece, which is what makes them useful for a one-off jacket or a replacement shirt. We confirm the minimum for your specific item before you commit.
How much do promotional products cost in Colorado Springs?
Promotional products are quoted per project, because the item, the quantity, the number of imprint colors and the decoration method all move the price, and supplier pricing moves with them. Tell us the event or purpose, the quantity, and a rough per piece budget, and we will come back with options that fit rather than a catalog to work through.
Order once, not four times. Four small orders across a year each pay setup. One combined order pays it once.
Simplify the imprint. Every extra screen color adds cost on a large run. A one color version of your logo is worth having.
Order early. Event deadlines are the most expensive thing in this category, and the easiest to avoid.
