Say so in the first message. Permit review is the longest part of most sign projects and it sits outside anyone's control, so an early call is worth more than a fast estimate.
If a banner or window graphics will hold the space while a permanent sign goes through review, we will tell you that.

Can I stop by the office?
Yes, by appointment. Our office is at 955 Garden of the Gods Rd, Suite A, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, open Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00, by appointment only. Call ahead and we will make sure the right person is there. For signage we usually come to your building instead, since the measurements and sight lines matter more than anything we could show you here.
Is an estimate free?
Yes. Estimates cost nothing and carry no obligation. Design work is separate: once the estimate is approved and the deposit is received, our team will begin the design and proofing process. That split is deliberate, so you can price a project properly before committing to anything.
Can you quote a job over the phone?
For simple items, often yes. For signage and vehicle work, a photo does more than a description, because the building elevation or the vehicle body decides most of the price. Send a couple of photos and rough dimensions with your call and the number you get back will be real rather than a range with a disclaimer attached to it.
Will you come out to my building?
For sign projects, yes. We measure the facade, check power, and photograph sight lines from the road, because those three things determine what will actually work and what a landlord or the city will approve. Vehicles come to us instead, since wraps are installed indoors in a heated bay.
What areas do you serve?
Colorado Springs and El Paso County, including Falcon, Fountain, Manitou Springs, Security-Widefield, Woodland Park and the Tri-Lakes area. Design and print projects run remotely without any trouble. Signage and vehicle work is local by nature.
