This policy explains what information APG: Advanced Printing and Graphics collects when you use apg2u.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a sign, vehicle wrap, and commercial printing company in Colorado Springs. We are not an advertising network and we do not sell customer information.

Who we are

APG: Advanced Printing and Graphics ("APG", "we", "us", "our") operates the website at www.apg2u.com. Our office is at 955 Garden of the Gods Rd, Suite A, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. You can reach us at (719) 661-4470 or ct@apg2u.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a quote request or contact form, call us, or email us, we collect what you choose to send. That usually includes:

• Your name and company name
• Email address and phone number
• Details about the project, such as the building, the vehicle, dimensions, or your address
• Files you upload or send, such as logos, artwork, and photos

We ask for this because we cannot estimate a sign or a wrap without it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit:

• IP address and general location, usually at the city level
• Browser and device type
• Pages you viewed, when you viewed them, and how long you stayed
• The site or search that referred you

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, health information, or biometric data. If you send payment card details by email, we ask you not to. Payments are handled directly by our team through a payment processor, and card numbers are not stored on this website.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes.

• Essential cookies keep the site working, hold your session, and support accessibility settings. The site does not function correctly without them.
• Analytics cookies tell us which pages people read and where visitors come from, so we know which guides are useful. This is measured in aggregate.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site may stop working.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• Respond to your question and prepare an estimate
• Design, produce, permit, and install the work you hire us for
• Send artwork for approval, invoices, schedules, and project updates
• Keep your artwork and vehicle templates on file so future work matches
• Improve the website and understand which content answers real questions
• Meet our legal, tax, and permitting obligations

We do not sell your information

APG does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We have never done so.

Who we share information with

We share information only when it is needed to do the work or to run the business:

• Production and installation partners. Some printing, fabrication, and apparel work is produced by trade partners. They receive only what the job requires.
• Permitting authorities. Sign permit applications require the property address, landlord information, and drawings. This is submitted to the City of Colorado Springs, El Paso County, or the applicable jurisdiction.
• Service providers. Our web host, email provider, analytics provider, and payment processor process data on our behalf under their own agreements.
• Legal requirements. We will disclose information if we are required to by law, a subpoena, or a valid government request, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
• A business transfer. If APG is ever sold or merged, customer records would transfer with the business. Any buyer would be bound by this policy until you are notified otherwise.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become projects are kept for about two years, because people often come back. Project records, artwork files, and vehicle templates are kept for as long as you are a customer and for at least seven years afterward, so we can reproduce or repair work we originally produced and meet tax and permitting record requirements. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and our hosting environment is access controlled. Project files and customer records are held in accounts limited to APG staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that a transmission over the internet is immune to interception, but we treat customer artwork and contact details as confidential and we do not publish customer work without permission.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Send you a copy of it
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it, unless we are required to keep it for tax, permitting, or contract reasons
• Stop sending you marketing email

Colorado, California, and several other states give residents rights along these lines. APG honors these requests from anyone who asks, whether or not a specific law requires it of a company our size. To make a request, email ct@apg2u.com or call (719) 661-4470 and tell us what you want. We will confirm who you are before we act, and we will respond within 45 days. We do not charge for this, and asking will not change what we charge you or how we treat you.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General's office.

Marketing email

If we email you about services or offers, every message has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. It does not stop project email such as artwork approvals, invoices, and install scheduling, since those are part of the work you hired us for.

Do Not Track and global privacy signals

Browsers send Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals in different ways and there is no single agreed standard. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, these signals do not change how we handle your data.

Children

This site is for business customers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email ct@apg2u.com and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to outside sites such as the City of Colorado Springs, material manufacturers, and Google. We do not control those sites and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the page.
